As a young girl, I always wanted to ‘save the world’. Now that I’m older, I understand that we can’t, but we can create spaces in which people can help themselves. Which is exactly what I want to do.

Personally, I believe that Politics and Spirituality are intertwined. Self-development and Spiritual practices will only lead to freedom if we are aware and working towards change for the rest of the world as well. Which is why you’ll always find a mixture of my two passions in all I do: Human Rights and Energy Work.

When I was 18, I received my first Energy Healing, discovered Yoga and Meditation, and started giving Oracle Readings. Now, 8 years later, after an adventure of discovery, life lessons, remembrance and studying, I offer Energy Work online. My own practices have been far from perfect, yet I showed up every day in all phases of my life. Which have included phases of partying, sickness, traveling, studying: in my opinion there is always an opportunity to find that time for yourself, even in the most inconvenient moments.

As a Reiki Master, Kundalini Kriya Yoga Teacher, Kundalini Reiki Master, my focus will therefore always be on supporting you to find your power and magic. I believe that you have all you need to become who you dream to be, and I am here to hand you tools to make your own. My work will always be based on curiosity and questions, rather than providing you with answers.

A big part of my journey has been refinding balance after experiencing sexual violence. My experiences in a very young age led to C-PTSD, Endometriosis, PCOS and many more challenges. Yet, with my first book, I’ve completed this cycle for now.

My first book combines Human Rights, Spirituality and a lot of Self-reflection. I chose to include Human Rights, as I have a background in Law. I went to law school for 6 years and have a Master degree in Children’s Rights and another Master Degree in Public International Law, with a focus on Gender-Based Violence. During my studies I worked in Politics, which showed me a reality beyond my bubble. Once I started traveling full-timea little less than three year ago my reality expanded and it showed us the privilege and similarities there exist between different cultures. Having these experiences, helps me to understand certain dynamics better.
